The Five Colors In Magic: The Gathering And Info About Lands + How To Tap Cards
In Magic: The Gathering, there are five colors: white (plains), blue (water), black (swamp), red (fire), and green (forest). You usually have two colors in a deck. In Magic: The Gathering, there are specific cards called land cards. Lands help you cast spells and creatures. Lands come in all of the five colors of Magic: The Gathering. Click the button to see a picture of 5 different colored land cards.
To use land cards, you will have to tap them, which means turning them sideways to the left or to the right. At the top right corner of the card, you will usually see 1 symbol, 2, 3, 4, maybe 5 or 6! If you looked at the picture of the land cards, you will have seen a symbol in the bottom-middle part of each card. The symbol on each of the cards was either a droplet of water, a green tree, a black skull, a red shape, or a white sun. You will see these symbols in the top right corner of the card. You may also see a number, which means you have to tap (turn sideways) X number of land cards to cast that creature. To cast anything, tap it (turn it sideways).
